INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE NOTICE
The Site is intended to provide visitors with comprehensive information about FBC in order to answer any additional inquiries that visitors might have, FBC offers visitors the opportunity to provide certain information about themselves for the purpose of requesting further information from FBC. Such Information may include, without limitation: (i) name of visitor; (ii) mailing address; (iii) e-mail address; (v) phone number; and (vi) preferred method of contact. Contact Information will not be disclosed to other visitors or any unaffiliated third party except as disclosed in this Policy or as authorized by the visitor.
When visitors access the Site, FBC captures, records and retains general data about such access including, without limitation, the visitor’s domain name, the name of the web page from which the visitor entered the Site, the specific locations the visitor visits within the Site, and the amount of time the visitor spends on each page of the Site (collectively, “Tracking Information”). FBC may use such Tracking Information to develop and distribute to third parties, such as advertisers and marketing partners, statistics and general information about how visitors use the Site. FBC will not disclose information that identifies specific visitors, except as otherwise provided in this Policy or as authorized by such visitor.
TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
To operate the Site, enhance its functionality, and ensure that visitor communications are convenient, dependable and secure, FBC may collect, store and use technical information relating to a visitor’s activities on the Site. Such information includes the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address from which visitors access the Site, which is used only internally by FBC as required for server operation and other technical uses, and is not disclosed to visitors or any other unaffiliated third parties.
