Booking Information Terms and Conditions

New clients

  • All Bookings require a non refundable holding deposit at time of booking of $200.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete a new client consultation form.

 

Bookings

  • All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment.
  • A courtesy reminder text is sent out to you 48 hours before so please respond to this confirming your appointment or call to reschedule.
  • A Cancellations fee of $200 or a forfeit of pre-paid appointment will be charged if you cancel before 24 hours or no show.

 

Late arrivals

  • Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 15 minutes, where possible we will be rescheduled to another date and a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.
  • We recommend parking on Baxter avenue.
  • The closest train station is kogarah station and is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the clinic.

 

After hours appointments After hours appointment available as an extra fee of $50 per appointment.

Saturday or Sunday appointments available at an extra $100 per appointment.

Children and Pets – For the safety of children and pets and the comfort of all our clients attending the clinic, children under 10 years and pets are unable to attend appointments with you. 

We may politely ask you to reschedule your appointment as it’s a health & safety risk and comfort hazard for other clients and staff.

Courtesy – We kindly ask that you limit the use of your mobile phone devices during your treatment so there is minimal distractions.

Touch ups – Please note refresh/ touch up appointments are anything before 12 months from your procedure. Anything after 12 months is not classified as a touch up.
